If you're not lactose intollerant, go for a skinny vanilla or other sugar free flavor latte. If you are lactose intollerent, make it soy. :-)

They keep a variety of sugar free syrups, so anything decaf, skinny with SF syrup would be relatively safe. Assuming you're allowed decaf!

I know you asked this almost a year ago, but in case anyone out there wants to treat themselves (assuming they get in all necessary Protein for the day) I get a mocha frappuccino lite, with the skinny mocha, and decaf! Yummy!

I get a venti decaf, non-fat, latte. It gives me 16 gms of protein and only 170 calories, 23 gms of carbs, but since I drink it slowly over a couple of hours, it doesn't bother me.

Curious, were a lot of you recommended to stay away from caffeine and was a reason given as to why? My surgeon's team was fine with it, so I'm curious what others were told differently.

I am confused as well. Why no caffeine? I drink coffee every morning ? Should I not be?
