Got my date... September 3rd. Anyone else scheduled this day or in September?

Ok this is a tmi question.. is anyone shaving their lady parts before surgery? I know they will see so don't know if I should or not lol

I totally am! Haha. My doctor is cute and I don't want to have my doctors place a catheter in a jungle. Plus I bought nair for during my recovery so I won't have to bend over so much.

My birthday is on the 28th. I am thinking about celebrating it on wednesday so I can have cake....would that be wrong lol

Girl I have found something to celebrate for every week with cake! And my bday is the 21st so I guess there will be another cake this wk lol

lol I would love to celebrate until my surgery. But they told me I needed to lose a few pounds before my preop class on the 4th. So I went basically on an atkins diet. Tuesday I thinking applebees and wednesday I am thinking cake before I have to go on the liquid diet

Good luck on this journey to a new you. Just follow your doctors advice and you should have success. I just started my liquid diet and surgery the 11th. Keep us posted on your progress.

Yes!!!! 9.23.13 just got approved on 8/30.trying to keep calm, prepare, focus on what i need to do....and the pay off in the next months, years.

You will do awesome!! From what I've been told they'll give you a little something to take the edge off and calm your nerves . Keep us updated!

I have my surgery on September 30, 2013. I had my slipped lap band removed June 2013. I am soooooo excited!
