Was discharged yesterday.I either have atypical migraines' date=' which they are treating with gabapentin (yuck), or all this is as a result of my bypass, which I had in 2000, being blocked....I see a vascular specialist at a the university hospital where I originally had the bypass Tuesday...my graft is 70% occluded...not good. I insisted on going back to the Medical College ...I was done with the hospital for now. The food situation at the hospital was terrible...finally just brought in my own protein. Ah well.[/quote']

I am a MAJOR migraine sufferer as well. Gaba didn't help me at all. The only thing that worked for me was Fiorcet. It is not a narcotic and it really helps in about 30 minutes. Just wanted to share that.

Unfortunately I'm having stroke symptoms, not typical migraine pain. Fioricet is great for my regular migraines, though.

After almost losing 90 pounds you would think my fingers would fit in my wedding rings. HELL NO!

Bought a new dress. It was tight and on clearance at kohls so I went ahead and bought it..because I have faith I'm gonna lose some more weight...it was a 10! Very tight 10 but hey..have a goal to get into. Went from 18 to almost a 10!

Better to lose in your tummy, butt or arms than fingers. Glass half full? :)

Congrats 90 is phenomenal!!

I know how you feel. We talked about it earlier in some posts. I was a 44DDD and now I am wearing a 40D. It is a huge change especially trying on clothes and I don't fill the tops out like before, no cleavage. Everything has to be pushed up and out! But, it's a problem I am happy to have because the surgery was the best thing I've ever done for me!

This conversation is so funny! I was a 48DDD(F), and now am a 44D. I much prefer being smaller busted. Down 2-3 clothing sizes. Just wish my stomach would shrink down more.

Yeah yeah, my glass is half full:). My chubby fingers will be slim again but they haven't gone down much! I'm only 69 pounds from goal, and want that ring on. Haven't worn it since it was cut off for back surgery in 2011. Yes I'm being inpatient.

I havent worn mine in years either. It is only alittle small now. Cant wait to get it back o !

Feeling a ton better today. Now I have alot to do! My sister in law and niece, who stayed here a month, just moved out sunday and my mother in law from texas will be here on Saturday, to stay till December. UGH! We get along fine but having someone in my house is always alittle uncomfortable. She is coming to stay until my niece has her twin boys in October and then to help afterwards. They moved into an upstairs apartment and she cant do stairs so she will live here. Wish me luck! ;)

Founf these new bars at walmart. They were giving out samples and coupons the other day. Great protein!

Wow..you're a saint. Good luck

Update...teaching hospital definitely thinks I'm throwing clots from my heart...sh$@! More tests Thu. Then follow up with vascular and cardiology and neurology. On top of that, my other graft in my neck, has to be stented or totally revised. Double sh@$! Until then, I just walk around hoping I don't have another TIA. Trying to see this as taking care if my health and not a total negative.
