130 lbs GONE FOREVER!!!! Man, what a journey this has been. I don't feel as stressed about it now. I am eating a larger variety of things. Was stuck at only 125 down for about 2 weeks! Ugh! I did get sick last week just by having two bites of something I shouldn't (darn rebellious streak). But my hair is finally slowing down and not falling out hardly as much. I could have sworn I was going bald! Omg. Hope all of you ladies are doing well!- What ya eating tonight?
Awww I was bad this am. I had three bites of pizza and a few bites of turkey garden salad. Ugh... damn the pizza!!! But happy I stopped at 3 bites.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Yeah, I hear ya. I am doing the same thing. Tettering between 120 and 124 lbs down. It is super frustrating. I feel like I have been stuck on this because in was laid up in bed for a couple weeks. Ended up taking another day off today cuz I am still hurting. Ugh...- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Wow, thanks for all the picture compliments guys! This group rocks!!! It would be awesome to meet up at the one year mark! Can I just say that it would be a group of HOTTIES! wow, the pictures are proof of this. Hope everyone is well. I am finally feeling a little better from the cysts and migraines. Ugh.- Looking for April 15-16-17 people

Alright, here goes with the comparison pictures. #1-I don't have many from before surgery. I really hate this picture but shows the old me. #2- this was about a month ago. I was down 80lbs at this point. #3- was last week. Down 120lbs.- What ya eating tonight?
Having Carolina Tangy BBQ chicken breast and two bites of cheesy mashed potatoes. OMG! Favorite meal in a long time.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Well I have had tons of pain for the last week and a half. Was down 120lbs but now I have gained back 3.4 lbs with all the IVs and just laying in bed. I really want to lose another 60-70lbs. I caught myself slipping and eating more and more carbs. What is everyone eating daily, carb wise???? I wonder what the right amount is?- What ya eating tonight?
Had green chili stew. Sat really well. It is one of the few ways that I can handle pork.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Happy birthday Dorian! Thanks everyone for the kind words. I have been feeling a little better today. Still laying around in bed but hopefully be up and moving tomorrow. Ended up with all kinds of medication and I was so proud to not be taking hardly anything after surgery so that kinda sucks. My whole family has been eating waaaayyy healthier. No sodas or snacks in the house except fruits and veggies, diet decaf tea and some not-so-bad crackers. The kids are loving the fruit and veggies. My hubby has lost about 15lbs in the last couple of weeks. He is doing a weight loss challenge at work. Of course my inlaws do not understand how I am losing all this weight, they don't know about my surgery and think I'm on drugs. LMAO! They freaked out when my hubby turned down his Moms fried potatoes and spam. I was super impressed. Hope this lasts, it makes it easier.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
The last couple of days I have been in all kinds of pain. Since my surgery, my hormones are leveling out and the PCOS is starting to clear up some. Periods every month for the last 6 months. Unfortunately, on Thursday I was having some pains I thought were the left tummy pulled muscle or PMS but turned out to be a ruptured ovarian cyst. Needed all kinds of meds to get it under control and now I am still hurting and feel frustrated. Been laying around the last two days and just feel blah. I feel bad I ate a little tiny bowl of cereal but haven't had hardly any carbs since the end of February but gave in tonight. Hopefully tomorrow is better.- What ya eating tonight?
1/3 cup whole grain cheerios and lactose free/fat free milk. I have never tasted anything so delicious in my life. I haven't had carbs since the end of Feb. Tonight I am hurting and in pain and just feel like I needed some kind of snack. This was perfect. I hope my pouch feels the same way. Please, oh please...- Looking for April 15-16-17 people
I finally hit 120lbs lost!!! Omg! I started in a size 30/32, and today I put on an 18 and it fit!!! I haven't been really exercising routinely but soooo much more active. I can't do the shakes much, they make me sick. Don't know if it is psychological or what. My hair is just everywhere but on my head! I had really long, thick hair and it has gone way flat and I had to cut it. I was worried the weight of it would cause me to lose more. I freak out every time I see the bathroom floor or the towel after I dry my hair. Ugh! - April 2013 Post-Op Group
