Hi everyone I lost a total of 130lbs, last week Tuesday was 1 year since I've had surgery...I went from 280 to 150...I'm feeling so blessed!

I had my 1st stall 2 months before my anniversary, and when I went to the Dr. The day of the anniversary I had lost 10lbs, so I guess I'm still loosing, I wanna loose 15 more.

Be encouraged you guys, you can do it! It's tough at times...but stay strong! And thanks again for all the motivational compliments...muah :-)

I just want to add my comment that you look marvelous. What a terrific job you are doing.

Just my arms are really bad, I'm having surgery on them within the next 2 months, also my stomach...but I'll get a tummy tuck some time next year...
