Dayyyum! You look truly phenomenal! How has the journey been for you? I'm 6 weeks post op and sometimes worry if I'm ever gonna feel normal again. What's been your biggest struggle? What's your exercise routine?

Thanks guys! Daily food, I start out with a warm cup of lemon water, then an hour later either a protein shake or I juice a bunch of fruits and veggies ex: kale, spinach, kiwi, garlic, ginger, berries, 1green apple, then i try to get my water in, i'm still struggling with that, i can never get enough in. Lunch is usually some type of salad then a snack in between, something sugar free...dinner is usually a piece of baked chicken and some type of vegetable, my workout routine is usually 4 times a week I do a workout DVD in the house for 30 mins, and I try to keep active, I walk everywhere. My struggle is def not getting enough liquid in, I hate drinking anyway.

Yes I had some hair loss it started about 2 months after surgery, and 6 months later it subsided, but I have long hair so it wasn't noticeable...

Congratulations, you are an inspiration for those of us starting this journey!! You look great!
