  1. NY in the house!!!! I'm from Brooklyn! Had my surgery done 3/19/12 at Methodist Hospital, my Surgeon is Dr Stephen Carryl..lost a total of 135lbs!

  3. Just my arms are really bad, I'm having surgery on them within the next 2 months, also my stomach...but I'll get a tummy tuck some time next year...

  7. I had my 1st stall 2 months before my anniversary, and when I went to the Dr. The day of the anniversary I had lost 10lbs, so I guess I'm still loosing, I wanna loose 15 more.

  9. Yes I had some hair loss it started about 2 months after surgery, and 6 months later it subsided, but I have long hair so it wasn't noticeable...
  10. Thanks guys! Daily food, I start out with a warm cup of lemon water, then an hour later either a protein shake or I juice a bunch of fruits and veggies ex: kale, spinach, kiwi, garlic, ginger, berries, 1green apple, then i try to get my water in, i'm still struggling with that, i can never get enough in. Lunch is usually some type of salad then a snack in between, something sugar free...dinner is usually a piece of baked chicken and some type of vegetable, my workout routine is usually 4 times a week I do a workout DVD in the house for 30 mins, and I try to keep active, I walk everywhere. My struggle is def not getting enough liquid in, I hate drinking anyway.

  13. Hi everyone I lost a total of 130lbs, last week Tuesday was 1 year since I've had surgery...I went from 280 to 150...I'm feeling so blessed!
  14. And it's 14 carbs not 18...
  15. Well doesn't hurt to have half 1 day and the other half another day, everything in moderation.
  16. This Protein bar taste so delicious! 10g of protein, 6g of sugar and 190cal! U guys should try it! It's from nature valley!
