  1. Lapband removed and bypass on 3/6/13. HW 265, date of surgery weight 230, weight today 190.5. I'm 34 and 5'6". Things r going well. Except I seem to b slipping back into old sugary eating habits. It scares me. And I can eat more than I should b able to. Still super happy I had the surgery.
  2. U look so pretty! I can't believe u've lost so much.im 3 months out and only down 40lbs. What is ur day of food like? How much protein?

  8. I'm a lot like u girl. I'm 7 weeks out Wednesday. I lost 24 lbs the first 2 weeks and only about 5 in the last 7. It's extremely frustrating. How many cals a day can u eat? I can eat 1200 and b perfectly happy.
  9. I'm with u. I'm 7 weeks out. I've been doing pretty good. 3 weeks ago no weight loss 2 weeks ago 1.5 lbs, this week I gained, that's right, gained 2 lbs!!!! I do everything I'm supposed to. I'm very discouraged. I hope we get better soon:-)
  10. Maybe u just caught a virus. It happened to me. Im so glad ur better.
  11. I had my band removed, it had attached itself to my liver and I couldn't eat. Yes, I'm hungry a lot. Like I said every week it gets worse. I know what ur saying bc the first 3 weeks I wasn't hungry. The more I do the hungrier I get. I just went to the doc. He says its fine. Everybody is different. I don't get dumping w sugar either.

  13. I wish I had ur appetite. M so jealous. I really have to track my cals. I cap it at 1200 a day bc that's what my doc says. And I'm good with that. I'm 7 weeks out and every week I get hungrier. Actual hunger. I get in 60 to 100 g of Protein, I measure, I eat so slowly and chew the sit out stuff. And 2 hrs later I really am hungry again. I just want to b like u!!! I'm so scared its not gonna work. Congrats. I'm really happy for u tho. U look and sound like u r doing amazing. Any tips would b much appreciated. :-). Ali

  16. Yes soccer, u r right... I'm just scared. I do not want to gain weight or not lose. Ya know? Thanks for putting it in perspective. :-)
  17. U guys aren't alone. I feel the same u do.
  18. Chobani has 14g of protein and its fab!
  19. I'm fine with sugars too. But grease or fat watch out. It's awful.
  20. I was 6 weeks out yesterday too. I'm down 28lbs since surgery and the scale will not go down past 202. I hate being stuck here. And I feel like I can eat more than ever. Do u guys feel that way now? My doc says I'm doing great but I'm worried I can eat up to 1200 cals a day.
