Does anyone have a good Protein Bar recipe or a good one they buy

Thank god some of the bars have zero in them, so I'm going to try n see if the sit well. I get DS with Atkins bars.

Then put them in the microwave for 15 seconds to warm them up it's like eating a cookie right from the oven. Yuuuuummy

The lemon is gross. I love the Peanut Butter supreme. I bought one of each at GNC... Still trying then out.

I bought 2 boxes of the brownie bars because of the reviews I found. They REALLY are good

I tried the apple one warmed up. Not bad.

Helpful hint remove it from the wrapper first lol , I forgot the other day and whoops

The vanilla almond crunch are really good.

I haven't had any after taste. I just ordered 12 boxes. They are on sale on the GNC website. Can't beat $25 a box when they regularly are $35 at my local gnc store. And free shipping over $50(i think)

So I've tried the vanilla almond crunch n it was pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the chocolate peanut butter one but maybe I should try and warm it up first

I tired the cheesecake one last night an didn't like it. I am so looking forward to eating the brownie one.
