  5. So I am 5 months post op I have lost 92 pounds and I haven't told a lot of ppl about my surgery. The only people that know are my mom, sisters and brothers and 1 of my best friends. I feel weird when people comment on how good I look and ask what I've been doing. I don't regret this surgery one bit and would do it again in a heart beat. I feel as if I'm living a lie.

I'm running out of ideas. I haven't tried adding unflavored proteins powder to foods so that will be my next step.
