PB2 review and smoothie ideas

Hello group,

I have been seeing some recipes with PB2 on it. Has anyone tried this and what did you like and dislike about it?

Far as smoothies goes, could you make a regular smoothie and add Protein powder in it. I am new to this and clueless on ways to keep myself from being bored. Thank you all.

I love PB2. I add it to my chocolate Protein shakes.

I am not sure what you mean by a regular smoothie. It is food you are allowed to have then, yes you can add Protein Powder to it. I would just not go with the premade ones. They are usually loaded with the wrong kind of sugars.

What is PB2?

What is PB2?

Powdered Peanut Butter without fat & sugar. There's also a flavor with chocolate already in it. Whole Foods has it as do online stores like Netrition or Amazon. It's a great additive to shakes or you just sprinkle or mix in with other food.
