I wanted to share with my rny family that I have finally hit 198.6 today something I thought I would never see. I remember this time last year being at my highest weight of 280 and knowing that I had to do something. And now here I am under 200lbs finally!!! To everyone thinking about having this surgery, to every doubters or to anyone having second thoughts, know I felt the same way when I started and now here I am telling you DO IT. Get healthy, lose weight and be happy!! Thanks for listening

It's the hardest when we hit a wall because we lose all confidence n hope. I know that's how I feel. I know the scale will move again but when is the question *sigh*- Fabulous February Post-Op's
Ladies I'm getting so frustrated. I had my surgery on 2/19 and lose 9lbs when I went in surgery n weighed 271 now today 8/2 I'm still 212 and stuck! I have upped my protein, water and exercise. This is the first time I have felt so down after this surgery. I really just need some encourage because now I'm feeling like a failure. How is everyone else losing weight. What are y'all eating. Give me some ideas I need help. I can't see my doc because I no longer have insurance- Nasty seperation

Lately I have been feeling down on about my weight loss even though I have lost alot I just want to know will I lose all my weight. I'm 5month post open now and lost 65lbs and still have 64more to go will I be able to lose this? I work out n eat right..please give me some insight. Thanks- Finally...

What did you all eat at 4 months or if ur 4months what are you eating. Give me a meal plan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I need some ideas - Fabulous February Post-Op's
