What did you all eat at 4 months or if ur 4months what are you eating. Give me a meal plan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I need some ideas

    Seriously?

    Depends on your doc. Most of us do yogurt, high protein, low carb. 3-5 meals a day. Protein first, 2-3 oz per meal.
