I had my sleeve 3 weeks ago tomorrow and I did great with the pre-op diet and the first 2 weeks after surgery I lost 39 lbs. However this week I haven't lost anything. I dont feel like I have screwed anything up but I don't know. I threw up last night after I ate for the first time since surgery but I felt so much better after I did. I think I had 1 to many bites. Has anyone else had a stall at 3 weeks post-op? Any suggestions or comments would be great. Thanks in advance.

The dreaded 3 week stall. Hold your course, it will pass. :)

The three week stall is so common. I am sure there are threads on this forum and others devoted to nothing else. I did not have it (and I was expecting to), but based on what I have seen, I might be in the minority. Folks say to simply stay on track with your program and it will break. You are so early post-op it is not anything anything you did or didn't do. It is your body adjusting.

I was sleeved 9/11. I hit a stall at 2 weeks post. I weighed myself a few hours ago and Im 2lbs. lighter! I think Im started down hill again! Keep the faith and take it hour by hour if need be. I have decided to start my bucket list to try and keep spirits high.

I also have started reading about others journey. Im also in the process of putting together a really nice expensive outfit that I want to buy when my weight slows (jewelry, clothes, shoes, everything) And maybe thinking of a couple small (like smaller size pants/shirts) Christmas presents I might treat myself to this year :x

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
