I am now in the freak out stage. I've started to pay attention to my body ad hunger as I await surgery. I find that part of my issue is I will eat when not hungry. I'm not full... I just don't need to eat at that moment. So why would this change after surgery? Is that where to tool part kicks in? Maybe I researched rny so much that now I'm afraid the sleeve won't have any affect
On my eating habits. I'm hoping that these thoughts are extremely silly.
