I havent tried the gummies but have you used the drops - its half a dropper full under your tongue and its kinda sweet, not horrible. i love the drops!!

you can get vitamin patches. pm me if you want the info.

We're talking vitamin B complex gummies and I don't seem to have a problem. Every once in a while my husband makes me take a sub-lingual, but really I can't tell a difference on those days. I think the gummies work.

We're 4-5 weeks out. I started the gummies the first week. I use vitafusion b complex, and I've only been doing 1 gummy a day. That one gummy allegedly has 500% of your B-Complex requirements so I haven't bothered with anything else on a routine basis.

Thank you! I will continue with my b12 gummy until my doc tells me otherwise!

My surgeon allows no gummy vitamins.

I've heard that before... Do you know why?

I do the b-12 shot once a month. It doesn't hurt a bit and with insurance its only 7 dollars for three months worth.

I do the B12 shots and sometimes ill have a B12 chew for a little extra boost but I'm dependent on the shot.

I also take the B-12 shot. My husband gives it to me every 2 weeks. I can tell when it's time to have it because I start yawning in the middle of the day at work.

I don't - sorry.

My surgeon also said no to gummies they said they don't digest well enough in the sleeves.

I take b12 subliminal its cherry and melts under tongue. Get it from target.
