  1. I do the Chobani plain with a little bit of liquid stevia mixed in. The Fage is good too.
  2. I will be out for 6 weeks, but I have a physically demanding job.

  13. Sleeved 8/13 by Dr. Schmidt at Hackensack. Down from 280.5 before surgery to 257 in 8 days - 23.5 lbs. tolerating the clear liquid diet well. I see the doctor tomorrow.
