  • Surprisingly well! I've lost 35lbs since surgery (45 since preop diet). I've been cleared for all exercise and food. I try certain things here and there, but completely stay away from bread/rice/pasta

Hey JessicaAnn! How far along are you?

I'm 6 weeks 2 days :)

Awesome! Hows the whole eating thing going over? I'm just 2 weeks out yesterday.

I try certain things here and there, but completely stay away from bread/rice/pasta. I get my Water and Protein in no problem, I usually eat all my protein, with the occasional shake if I'm out and about. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself and my kids!

Hey, thank you so much for responding. I really appreciate it. It helps so much to stay connected. I've found the more I eat the protein, it helps. I'm just exhausted. I want to get out to exercise and it's hard to motivate. I had the surgery two weeks and two days ago. :-)
