I feel like I can eat too much it's weird but with my band when I felt discomfort I'd stop because it hurts this sleeve as long as I take my time I'm good -

Start slow fibro diva ...I want to start a squat challenge as well because I had great results before tight thighs and butt but it has to be done everyday
