  1. Hi, I know what you mean.. I'm about three weeks out and had that feeling in my second to third week. I was thinking I had a hernia being that I felt a lump under all the incisions. About a week later the lumps shrank and are pretty much not there. Its just the incisions healing and sutures they use. Just dont lift or push anything heavy
  2. Has it changed tremendously for anyone?

  11. Laura! Thank you greatly for explaining this! I never knew that and i understand now! Greatly greatly appreciated. I guess since im still in stage 2-3 i haven't had the opp to put anything in that will cause this valve to close and sense when I'm full.. IS this right?
  12. Whats weird for me is that Im a newbie.. Almost a full two weeks and i feel like i can drink more than that.. I havent gotten that "FULL FEELING" yet.. Also im scared to even feel it.. is there something wrong?
  13. O girl! tell me about it! I was an energy drink junkie. My NUT didnt clear for my firt op date because of my food logs having red bull over them! LOL and coffee.. I am or was an espresso drinker.. lets just say my pre-op diet helped ween me off of that.. Lets say HEADACHES for days!
  14. Really after two weeks they cleared you? Crap! I'll be two full weeks on Thursday and i saw my surgeon on Monday and he didnt say anything about clearence or being at stage four Gotta see the NUT this week and see what she says but im still in blended stage and lets just say im still shaking it and cheesing it up!
  15. Yea, I just read the ratings and saw how much they cost.. A bit pricey.. $40 for 12-16oz bottles.. Very steep... but i guess when your not spending money going out to eat and drink that's a small price to pay for nutrition. Im going to call the company tomorrow and see if they'll send me a sample to see if i want to proceed. More than likely i will being that my choices are running low! Thanks for the info.. PS im loving my sugar free Popsicles!
  16. Just looked up the isopure they have gatoraide like drinks with 40grams of protein. Im going to try and call the company tomorrow to see if they can send me a sample tomorrow to see if I like them. Not so bad when trying to getting in your liquids.. This might work! Thanks Chantel!
  17. The thing is.. You have to drink like 3 of them to almost make your quota for the day and taking all this liquid is not eat :/
  18. Get it GURL!!! You look fab! What were your stats prior to the 3 months?
  19. Any ideas? I started with these shakes I bought from walmart. They where called Whey Advanced it was 30grams of protein per serving which was awesome and drinking them prior to surgery was good too. After surgery they were too sweet and I would gag just trying to get them down. I have now moved onto Muscle Milk Protein Shakes that are pre-made and they are awesome except they are 14oz bottles and after just about my 8oz i start to feel sick. I'm also eating Chobani Yogurts but what else can I do. Im also eating a string cheese here and there.. let me know forget the cottage... But these items get overwhelming and I start looking for other items.. HELP!
