I thought that if mine started to fall out it wouldn't impact me emotionally- but it is freaking me out! There is so much! I have a ton of hair, but it's kind of embarrassing at work I feel like I'm covered in it! I've been taking biotin since like week 2, eating protein, and thought since I wasn't losing super fast it wouldn't happen to me. But it is, and it sucks. I'm 3.5 months out... so I'm looking at another 2.5 months? Is that the consensus? It stops around month 6? Ughhhhhh. Thanks for letting me complain without reminding me that I did this to myself.

Before buying any cleanse take a trip to cvs and buy an at home drug test ($20). If it is out of your urine it's long out of your blood. It takes 3-30 days out of urine depending on some variables including amt smoked, regularity of smoking, fat/muscle composition, etc.

Early recovery was scary for me. It was like logic and reasoning about the chance for complications got completely screwed in my head and I was so afraid of leaks, strictures, infections, etc etc even though I wasn't before the surgery. There were moments I was terrified. I totally overshopped and will have a life time supply of Gatorade. Going to the store a couple days after wasn't bad- you don't need to stockpile

I think I may give these a try : one a day women's petites they're on amazon and nut facts look pretty good

Dang it I just looked they don't have iron. They're shoprite brand high potency daily vitamins 'easy to swallow'

Thanks for the responses! I'm gonna take it down a notch. Will probably have to empty my purse, that sucker probably weighs 10 lbs all on its own!

I've noticed on the gummies that there isn't iron. I had the vitafusion and took them back- they are by far the most delish! I have multivitamins that are small- does that make them ok? I am finding the chewables to be gross. Can I just take the small (smaller than m&m) ones?

So I wanted to give you an update- I'm 12 days out and feeling much better mentally and physically! I'm not to 100% with either, but I'm feeling more confident that everything is ok and I'm going to be better than okay not too long from now! I came back to work today- only 2 people know why I was really out so it's been good to just get back to life. So I hope that if you go through with the sleeve your initial pain, discomfort, mental anguish is short lived!

Today is my first day back to work (12 days out) and over the weekend I started noticing some of what I think is incisional pain. Think it was from pushing grocery cart (think twists and turns) and I tweaked something. It's not horrible, but how many days til it goes away? How do I know it's not a hernia? Luckily work is sedentary and it's a quiet week, but I think I gotta take it easier at home. I'm hoping since I started protein (with a simultaneous stop in BMs) ill heal faster? Thanks for any help!

Those look really red! Do you have a fever? I wonder if they could be infected?

Think stomach is easier than side? I hadn't even attempted stomach because side was uncomfortable

I've read a lot on here about people throwing up and I'm curious because when I initially met with my surgeon and we were discussing sleeve vs lap band he said there wasn't throwing up with the sleeve? So what causes it? Is it a pretty normal occurrence? Thanks for any clarification- not trying to be gross

Good luck to those in recovery and those soon to be! This site has made a huge difference for me. I look forward to bring able to pay it forward, but I'm a rookie just 7 days postop. I can't thank everyone enough for sharing. It's truly made all the difference.

I had dr Schmidt on 8/14/13 I'm so sick of fruit flavored things!! This two weeks is going to be rough!!!! I can't get the Isopure down. I'm getting 0 Protein :/ I see them tomorrow hoping they have some ideas or ok some milk
