2 Weeks Out I Can Eat

I just got back from my 2 week post op. I am in stage 4. Omg I'm going to have some tuna when I get home. Down 20lbs from surgery. I'm sure I'm headed for a stall. Cleared to exercise and lift dumb bells. So excited.

  • Of course you're headed for a stall. Everyone sleever is. Especially if you weigh yourself often. Best way to avoid the stall is to weigh yourself once a month and keep doing the right things. G

Thanks. I think I've been pretty good about weighing myself. I've only done it a couple of times since I've been home from the hospital. I was very happy when I got on their scale. It was like xmas. I want to keep that feeling so I'm going to try and hold off.
