Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone has every used these RTD shakes instead of the powder? In the liquid stage I used the chocolate unjury powder' date=' but I can't drink that stuff anymore! I'm going to try these Atkins shakes and see if they are good!!

I am on a pre surgery diet, still 3 months to go, but my nutritionist recommended that I try the Atkins Advantage shakes. In fact she said they are recommended as part of the post surgery liquid stage. I have tried most of them during the last couple months. Personally I like the strawberry or strawberry banana. The chocolate and Mocha both seem a little chalky to me. The shakes are a little sweet, in case that bothers you. Hope this helps!

I drank these a lot awhile back when I did Atkins to try and lose weight. They get old fast but luckily they have new flavors now. I like the dark chocolate but milk chocolate, latte/mocha and caramel are also good. Just make sure you shake them really good or they will get a bit chalky!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
