I got my date (October 15th) and my insurance approval. I'm excited and nervous. Who else is being sleeved in October?

Finally I'm starting the puree phase of the post op diet today! In addition I ordered some protein chicken soup from Unjury.com. Lets keep pushing on! 25lbs down from surgery on 10/14/13. Woo hoo

I was done. 3 weeks ago.

I lost 40 before surgery, 12 since. Stalled a little this week. 1/2 lb since the weekend?

The b***h of it is..... No one notices the first 50 pounds.

I barely noticed the first 40.

But as soon as I hit 50 pounds EVERYONE is telling me how great I look.

I'm at the hospital now waiting to go in for my sleeve. I'm nervous and excited!

I had a very successful sleeve. Yesterday . Dr. Price also found a hiatal hernia and repaired it. So far no nausea and the pain is manageable. Had broth and a Popsicle for lunch. I. Walks twice this morning and will get ready to walk some more. Glad tone on the loser's bench!
