I'm 4 weeks out...doc cleared me to exercise so I clean my bathroom very well & every since my left side has been hurting extremely bad at times....anyone have this?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated l.

Went for my post op visit & I'm happy to say tht I am dwn 19 lbs....& excited to start pureed stage on Monday ......Congrats everyone on ur progress!!Thanks so much....going to Doc today hoping to get moved to the pureed stage, I ws very clueless to wat to have....now I'm looking forward to it....thanks againCongrats....u will do wonderful.. Praying for speedy recoveryIm 4 days post op &My doc says I can swallow pills tht are as small as a dime anything else has to be crushed & any capsules opened....bt I dnt kno for how long..I would ask ur doc see wat he/she says..Yes ur doin great...I still can not sleep on my stomach. The nausea will get better. Walking really helps with gas pains...as far as liquids go I'm still struggling bt gettin more in everyday. Hope tht helpsI would like to send prayers to all bein sleeved today.....speedy recoveries & remember its mind over matter....To all who are sleeved remember it gets better each & everyday.....Sending prayers your way village girl & God speed recovery....you will do great...I dnt think I'm doin tht well with fluids......gonna try harder tomorrow & track it....I think tht will help :0)Thanks ReadyNewM3!!! Ik ur doin great....Thts great ur feelin good....i hope ur sinus infection goes away..I'm feelin better...still really sore on the left side...tryin to get my liquids in..its a challenge LOL..bt well worth it....gotta start gettin my vitamins in tho....Congrats SoSirena & KrVSG...sending prayers yalls way & speedy recoveries ....y'all will do great...Congrats & sending prayers...speedy recovery.
