Does anyone know anything about a Protein Water? I'm on stage 2 full liquids but I just can't stand drinking the Protein Shakes in this heat & so far, other protein options have been disgusting! I'm sick of wasting my money on stuff I can't stomach!!! Please help me

You might try chicken broth and egg drop Soup. Kefir (liquid yogurt) might also work for you. I had a tough time getting in enough Protein until I could eat soft food. Once I could eat eggs and cottage cheese, things got much better. Hang in there this phase passes quickly!

Try Isopure , it's a flavored colored ( clear ) drink that has no carbs but really high in Protein. check out your local Vitamin shop, GNC or go online.

Isopure Protein Water was my go to drink for the first 3 months after surgery and still drink one from time to time if I am running low on Protein. They have a few different flavors but for me I stuck with grape and coconut.

The are expensive but they have 40g of protein in each bottle. They run about $5 each. At GNC they have a buy 2 get 1 free specail if you are a member.

Good luck

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
