Add syntrax chocolate to coffee?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone added Syntrax Protein to coffee? If so what is the best way? I want to make a sort of iced mocha coffee, but not sure about the best way. whey protein clumps when added to hot. So should I pour coffee over a little ice to cool it down, add mix, then top with ice?

I actually bought some Syntrax cappucino flavor and added my coffee to it already mixed. About 6 oz of coffee to 8 oz of Protein Drink. I'm still sampling Protein Drinks, however, before surgery. So plz don't take my word as expertise. Luv coffee and if i can mi it in whatever, I will. oh, btw, my doc approves 1 cup of coffee a day (Im gunna be bummed when I usually drink about 5-6!)

I use Premier, not Syntrax but this is what Ido. I have a Kuerig so input ice in a cup and brew a cup of coffee. I have also just put it in the fridge to cool off. I use 1 scoop of powder and one pre mixed container. Strain the coffee so I don't get the ice and put it all in the blender. Squirt some sugar fee choc Syrup in.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
