Hey all! How's everyone making out?? Spent 9 hours at surgery center yesterday

Hey all! How's everyone doing? Spent 8 hours at surgery center yesterday. Rough night of sleep due to extreme gas pain. Wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Although I haven't had to take pain meds... only Tylenol. My whole body is extremely sore feel like I got but by a Mac truck. Also having trouble drinking my liquids.

Best wishes to you all

Sleeved yesterday at 8 a.m., released from hospital today at 11 a.m. Doing pretty well. Been up walking, sipping, sipping water. Even went #2 already today. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this....I have this constant nasty taste in my mouth. If I put my tongue to the roof of my mouth, it gets stronger. Just wondering what it's from and when it will go away.

i was yesterday,,,,im home, walking today. i'm im pain, so they have me on liquid narcotic. my ist experience with sipping watter was interesting. but my 1st experience with the pain liquid was frightening. I felt nauseous,& sweaty, but after several burps quickly afterwards, it stayed down. Yay!

You gals are awesome!,,, I was sleeved in MX in July last year and am so happy - best decision I ever made! Hang in there, you'll be feeling much better in a week!

How are all the 7/30 sleevers doing? Got released from hospital yesterday around 11. Took a dose of liquid pain meds about an hour before release and haven't taken anything since. Spent last night at the hotel and my husband drove us home 5 hours today. My back is sore from using those muscles to maneuver without using my abdominals. My throat is a bit sore and scratchy. I'm hoping its just from having stuff put down it during surgery and will go away soon. Just had a sugar free popsicle and it was awesome! I am not hungry at all, so I'm mostly just focusing on liquids for now. I did have a Premier Protein shake this morning, it took me hours to finish it. How's everyone else doing? Are you getting protein and fluids both in already? When do you start all your vitamins?
