  2. Weight loss has so slowed down for me I have got to start weights
  3. My name is Dawniel -pronounced dawn yell. Dawnyellow is what my friends called me when I was a kid.
  4. My goal was originally a 20 lb window. I said that I wanted to be between 125-145 because that was a healthy range for my height. My dr settled me on 135 (right in the middle) and said that I should give myself a 5-10 lb window not 20. I still can't imagine being a healthy size. I want it so badly tho! About 3 mos out and still have a long way to go. Not a diet tho right? It's a new lifestyle. Love my sleeve!
  5. You look fantastic!! So excited for your success!! Congratulations!!

  8. Im not a vet- only 2+ months out but I did ask my NUT about caffeine. I'm a coffee addict too She said coffee in moderation is ok- it can dehydrate you so increase your water intake on those days. Also I guess that it affects your absorption of calcium.
  9. I lost 29 lbs. the first month and 12 the second. This month I am much much slower. I'm glad to be down but I'm jealous of the speed others are losing
  10. I do that too! I like seeing people's success stories. Makes me feel motivated!
  11. I had a drain that they sent me home with for a week. It doesn't feel like anything, it's just irritating to try and sleep on that side or to try to get dressed without showing it to the world. I was very glad to have it removed.

  15. I was sleeved 7/30 and have lost 35 lbs since surgery (44 including liquid pre-diet). I don't really see a difference yet (sorry no pics for me yet- ugh). Ive only just come out of a 2 week stall tho- so? Maybe soon. However.... I have great reports from my 2 month dr appt. I am no longer diabetic (not even close!) no longer need blood pressure medication, my knees stopped hurting and I dropped 71 points on my cholesterol! So... Would I sleeve again? Absolutely!
  16. Yaaay you! Don't minimize your success! You did it- you worked hard and it's paying off, big time!! Congratulations!!

  20. I just recently broke out of a stall that lasted almost 2 weeks. I found myself wondering if when people spoke of the 3 week stall if they meant that I was going to be stalled for 3 weeks. Ugh! Being stalled is so frustrating. But hang in there, the scale will move again! Just keep rockin that sleeve!
  21. I'm sorry just keep on doing what your doing. It will start up again- promise!
  22. Sleeved 7/30 HW 279 SW 271 CW 236 Had a solid 2 week stall but I am starting to move down again. My issues with constipation are ongoing. It has helped to be able to add fruit and veggies to my diet.
