3 Week Stall

Errrr, I have hit the infamous 3 week stall. It seems way to early to experience this, it is so discouraging. In the back of my mind I am thinking I will be the only one in the world that this won't work for. I am following my diet so I guess I will try to kick up the exercise a bit. Any other suggestions?

I'm not sure there is anything you can do but stick to your plan. It's discouraging, but we have to keep in mind that there are people who have lost more than 100 pounds in a year who had a 3 week stall just like us. :)

I stalled at 10 days! I'm now at 2 weeks and haven't lost an ounce in about four or five days! I'm trying to increase my protein and water but its discouraging. How long can we anticipate stalls lasting?

Hi all,

Your respective stalls will break. I think we all go through that as our bodies adjust to the changes which have been made to it. Keep drinking your liquids, getting in your Proteins and the scale will start to move again.

I also was one who read about all the successes and thought the surgery would work for everyone but me. However, I am 7 months out and 95lbs lighter and still losing. Good luck to you all and keep your heads up and stay encouraged.

I just recently broke out of a stall that lasted almost 2 weeks. I found myself wondering if when people spoke of the 3 week stall if they meant that I was going to be stalled for 3 weeks. Ugh! Being stalled is so frustrating. But hang in there, the scale will move again! Just keep rockin that sleeve! :)
