I am 6 weeks out can only eat about 3 ounces of meat but can eat 5 ounces of yogurt. Is this a bad thing?

I haven't experimented with any so called slider foods. My greek yogurt is good for me so ill call it my slider food. Thanks everyone I appreciate the sharing. .

Had my one month check up yesterday I'm down 46 pounds and on the right track doctor released me to eat anything.

Same way I felt 10 days a go you will do great.I can drink 80 plus liquids a day 100 grams of protein just tell your self you can do it. Dont wake up feeling sorry for yourself wake up positive and treat it like a job to get well..good luck

I am 7 days post op I have no problems drinking fluids! I can drink a 16 oz 60 protein in about 20 min is this to fast?

Its not bad when they pull it out it rubs against your liver its a odd feeling but not a big deal!

Walk as much as you can! It gets better. Im on day 5 post op I know nothing but I do know walking worked for me. Good luck.
