I have weight loss surgery on the 30th. I can't do a lot of cardio but I am able to walk do to my bad knee will this be enough exercise at first?

Dont give up the insurance company tried to push me around took 8 months got my surgery date last night..so excited and scared lol

My dr. Said no preop diet. He said its bs your already going to hate the liquid diet after surgery why make you do it before to.

Im in the Dayton, ohio area im 6'4 391 cant wait to loose some weight and enjoy life better. Been since dec 2012 finally insurance approved me, was ready to give up but my wife wouldn't let me!
