I am almost a year out and would really like to lose at least 15 more pounds...the weight loss has slowed tremendously and I am having to workout at least four times a week. My Protein is not where it should be so I might have to try and increase it.

Increase Protein for sure. I am only three months out but wasn't meeting my protein and it did slow tremendously. But I boosted it to 60-80 g a day and started shedding the weight again.

Also I do the shakes because it's really hard to meet Protein with just regular food. I do 2 a day.

What's your current weight and what's your goal weight? Not sure if your ticker is up to date. I agree to increase Protein and watch the carbs. If you can do 2 shakes as Meal Replacements, that should boost you. Are you tracking everything you eat in a food journal? Even include samples when in costco. I am always surprised about my grazing habits.

Awesome! Your tracker shows 175 still with goal of 130.

You are close. You can do it!

Was your current calorie intake?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
