I want to reach my personal goal! Help!

I am almost a year out and would really like to lose at least 15 more pounds...the weight loss has slowed tremendously and I am having to workout at least four times a week. My protein is not where it should be so I might have to try and increase it.

Increase protein for sure. I am only three months out but wasn't meeting my protein and it did slow tremendously. But I boosted it to 60-80 g a day and started shedding the weight again.

Also I do the shakes because it's really hard to meet protein with just regular food. I do 2 a day.

You're right...I bought some premier protein drinks and I will try to have at least two a day

What's your current weight and what's your goal weight? Not sure if your ticker is up to date. I agree to increase protein and watch the carbs. If you can do 2 shakes as meal replacements, that should boost you. Are you tracking everything you eat in a food journal? Even include samples when in Costco. I am always surprised about my grazing habits.

Exactly what I drink(; good luck

Awesome! Your tracker shows 175 still with goal of 130.

You are close. You can do it!

Was your current calorie intake?
