In thinking about drinking the lite muscle milk. Here's the calorie & Protein count.

Anything better out there?

Remember you have to divide that serving size so calories and protein are gonna be lower...depending on your surgeon. My surgeon lets me have 2oz 3x per day so that would last me more than a day.

Hello. I was told the Muscle Milk lite is a great option! Never tasted it, but heard it was good.

What do u mean divide the calories? I thought at first it was all liquid diet. I'd rather drink something fortified than nothing but sugar free - calorie free Popsicles.

This what my NUT recommend

Pure Protein

I like that yours has way less sodium and more calcium...

OhYeah! Ready made is off the hook. Bariatric Pantry does not combine shipping, but Amazon does. <3

The pure Protein Im actually drinking now because I just got out of work & I'm starving so it puts a plug in till I get home and eat something light

I didn't like the muscle milk but everyone is different. I love the EAS. I bought cases

Lean shakes from GNC 25 grams of protein and 200cal... They taste good better than unjury. I have both and the French vanilla and chocolate peanut butter both taste good:) Im Mad that I have 5 containers of unjury .., I guess I will drink them but definitely don't buy a lot any of them. How long are u gonna b on the liquid pre- op?

I'm only required to do the one day preop liquid "diet". After surgery I think it's 3 weeks long.

I can't imagine doing the 2 weeks like what I've read here. My surgery is on Monday!

Yep. I had Muscle Milk Light in the hospital and it was too sweet. Had Pure Protein and it was way too sweet (for me). Premiers were nicely balanced.
