  6. Each day was a little different but on average each day was between 1-2 oz. the interesting thing was the consistency/ color.. Each day it got lighter/ more clear. By the time the day came to get it taken out at the dr. Office it's was really clear and only lightly tinted red.. It felt like worm with pressure when the dr pulled it out.

  8. I had my drain for a week as well.. I could wear a bra my surgeon put the incisions in the perfect spots:) I had to empty it twice a day and record the fluid:) drains are a good thing.. It helps get rid of excess fluid in you abdomen

  13. Hi I guess I'm on the older side of the younger sleevers.. I'm 30 ... I got sleeved on june11 lost ( including 14 lbs pre- op diet) total of 25 lbs. my starting weight was 294 and on June 17th I was 269.. Whoa!!
  14. Thanks for sharing ur workout routine.. Wow... That is an intense workout.. I plan on getting a personal trainer for a month or so.. Once I have full clearance by the end of July! Until then I will go to my cardio classes and weight training classes modifying as need be.. But you r definitely do ur damn thang!!! I plan on becoming intense too

  16. I Was on clear liquids for the first week but that included protein shakes I am on week 2 postop full liquids but the weird thing is is that she. Said that I could have running oatmeal and grits but I have to wait till the purée for applesauce

  23. I do not have any nausea I do get a little tightness in my chest if I drink too much or too fast.. But that is getting better every day... My stomach and abdomen is not sore at all I got my drain removed yesterday.. And my surgeon did such a wonderful job that the incisions are Practically invisible
  24. I am feeling pretty good and fantastic I am getting my liquid ... I am so happy that I am on the full liquid stage... I am getting around 65 to 70 g of protein in and And getting my liquid water intake in as well...
