problems with water

These past couple days whenever I take a drink of ice water it makes me so nauseous and I end up puking. Anyone had this problem?

Try drinking it not so cold. I'm 9 months out & the taste of plain water is like metal to me so I have to use a little crystal lite drops for flavor. I always use bottled water that has not been refrigerated. It seems to work for me. Maybe the ice water this close to post op is too much of a shock to your stomach right now. Good luck!

I drink infused water all day. I use cucumbers, mint, lemon, strawberries, pineapple. Anything I have. Cucumber is actually my favorite, just slice about a quarter of one poor it in my water bottle and refill all day long.

I enjoy watervwith a little apple juice in it :)
