Am I the only one that feels like I have to eat all day in order to get my Protein and 900 calories in? I never would've thought eating would be so hard. Not as in painful but a pain as 4-5 bites and I'm full or half a shake n it's the same thing. I kinda feel like a little piggy when I eat every 2-3 hours. Lol anyone have this problem or any suggestions?

Me too! If I am not eating or drinking, I am planning how to fit it all in. But small price to pay :-)

I feel the same way! Instead of enjoying what eat now, it's more like a chore lol - yes agreed, small price to pay. I just feel like now I have to map my life around 30 mins before, 30 mins after and know if I don't keep the schedule tight... I'll never get it all in lol

It seems like I spend all day either eating or drinking. By 8:00 at night I still haven't eaten enough Protein or calories so I am stuffing in another Protein Drink or bar maybe a piece of cheese before I go to bed. If I don't eat at lease 900 calories I wake up in the middle of the night hungery.

I was thinking this was just me. I feel like I am cheating in some way eating all the time like I'm not supposed to. And now that swelling and such is gone it feels even harder to get in. It seems like everything is backwards of what I thought it would be.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
