Wow you look GREAT!! I had my surgery a month after you and I've lost 60 pounds, that's amazing how much you lost in 6 months!!

Please share what your daily food intake is like if you don't mind? I need ideas to help start my weight loss back up since I've hit a stall.

You look incredible! Our starting stats are very similar, I'm 5'4 & 297. I can't wait to have the surgery done. You're a huge inspiration for me, I hope I am as successful as you! Sorry to be nosey, but can I ask how old you are since you didn't have many loose skin issues? I'm 29 & hoping mine won't be too terrible. Congrats on your success!

Wow that's a ton of weight in 6 months! I'm only 8 days out and can't even dream of that kind of success. You should be extremely proud of yourself.

To all:

Thank you so much to all for the incredible support that you always show me! In response to a lot of questions- when I'm motivated I will definitely type out my daily food intake. I think ill track and post this week. Also, I am 23 years old, turning 24 next month. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
