  3. My nut just told Me the other day I should be trying to get 1000 calories a day and the days I work out to add at least 200 more calories! Eating so little And exercise will make out bodies think there starving and hold onto everything we eat! I did that and lost 3 lbs yesterday! Good luck girl!
  4. Ummmm really, wow you look HOOOTTT????
  5. Hello all, I've lost 63 lbs since surgery and I am a hair stylist a wife and a mom to 4 boys and little girl! Loving my sleeve
  6. My hair is over half gone and getting all my protien in hasn't helped the situation, my nut said yesterday that your body before the surgery is used to all types if foods and a good portion but after surgery we consume so little that the nutrients go to feed our organs that our hair suffers. I am almost 6 months out and taking bioten has helped a lot that I'm actually seeing it slow down and new hair chutes

  10. I'm almost 6 months out and I have to eat very slow....it's kinda funny I have 1/8 of what my fmily does and I take longer to eat. It's ok though, take your time...I figure there's no need to rush!
  11. It will get better, trust me I questioned myself...like why the hell did I do this to myself in the first month or two...dealing with nausea, headaches and serious fatigue, but before I knew it I was able to eat more foods that tastes good and wasn't so tired. You will get there...a year from now you'll be so glad u made this choice
  12. We have the same surgery date Anyways....I've only lost 62lbs so far...went to the dr and nutritionist today and it was refreshing. I don't eat near enough calories so I have to up mine....but it's not easy, especially when there's so many foods, snack and drinks that taste so much better than what I need to eat. I just think about why I started this journey and nothing tastes better than the reward of dropping another clothes size, and feeling so much better physically and emotionally! You can do this, and I'm sure your not the only one that struggles! Go back to the basics and get a my fitness pal if possible because it really helps! Good luck girl
