Pre-Fuel or Re-Fuel?

Which seems option seems to have the most benefits?

Benefits such as, optimal fat/calorie burning. Feeling good and exercised vs. run down and blah. Optimal weight loss, long term.

Drinking a Protein shake pre-workout or post workout?

I agree with Bean. Protein is required within 30 minutes after completing a workout.

Today I had first dinner - 3 oz lamb, some steamed broccoli, 2 tsp mashed potato, 45 min before the gym. Then I will have second dinner, a Protein Shake, after the gym. Tomorrow I am going to do cardio in the morning before I eat/drink anything and then have scrambled eggs afterward.

I been getting some good resault by doing a Protein Drink 30 mins before lifting and while at the gym I drink Isopure Protein Water. Then when I get hom shower then eat a small meal. I have been uping my weight and reps pretty fast.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
