Pre-Fuel or Re-Fuel?

Which seems option seems to have the most benefits?

Benefits such as, optimal fat/calorie burning. Feeling good and exercised vs. run down and blah. Optimal weight loss, long term.

Today I had first dinner - 3 oz lamb, some steamed broccoli, 2 tsp mashed potato, 45 min before the gym. Then I will have second dinner, a protein shake, after the gym. Tomorrow I am going to do cardio in the morning before I eat/drink anything and then have scrambled eggs afterward.

I been getting some good resault by doing a protein drink 30 mins before lifting and while at the gym I drink isopure protein water. Then when I get hom shower then eat a small meal. I have been uping my weight and reps pretty fast.
