I think the problem is most likely related to Protein level. Low Protein levels will usually make you very tired and run down, also since your body will break down muscle tissue to get protein if it

I'm not a doctor, but I find when my protein drops, so does my energy level. Maybe try fitting in a protein shake every day for a week to see if it helps? For a long time, the protein really filled me
So yesterday marked 10 weeks Post-Op and I think I'm doing great. down almost 80lbs (20lbs was pre-op). Now i should also add that I have a 1 year old and my wife is also currently pregnant so I'm picking up a lot of slack around the house but long story short. I am exhausted all the time. I'm really tired. And i think a little dehydrated. I say that because everymorning i wake up my mouth is dry like the desert. Also I havent been all that great with my protein shakes and my calcium+D vitamins. i do drink plenty of water though.
do you think the lack of protein, water and calcium is causing this?
met with MD yesterday and he said all my labs are normal and fine.
anyone feel like this?
any and all advice is greatly appreciated thank you
