How are you feeling? You've been on my mind and I was just wondering how recovery is going. Worst parts, so far?

If you use a web browser, not from a mobile device, you can easily use the search bar to find a member and send them a message.

HERE is a link to send her a message.

From her profile, you can find all of her threads she has started by selecting Topics over on the left panel, or any posts she has made on any thread. (select Find Content in the upper right)

The mobil app is nice, but a bit limited (more likely my ability to use the mobile app is limited), but the web version is rich with features.

Hello all, doing decent. Haven't been active over here in the mx forum - mostly in the post op forum.

I'm kinda keeping up with all of you that have gone, are at, just did, an are on the way to your surgeries. I pray for quick healing to all and an easy recovery. <3

Glad you're doing ok! Everyone says it gets better and better everyday. Would you agree?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
