paranoid partners

Recommended Posts

Okay, so you know when you know something isn't right in your relationship but you can't quite figure out what it is?

Well, I finally heard this today, "I can't help but wondering if you are going to Mexico so you can lose a bunch of weight because you want to go find someone else." And there have been a few moments of, "yeah, are you sure you're going to Mexico for surgery?" Like I'm going to put little scratches and steristrips on my belly to cover up for my going off to Mexico to have some secret tryst. Sigh.

We talk all the time about unsupportive partners and why that is, but am I alone here?

I think Deborah's partner is same-sex, BUT, the point is well made. Doesn't have to be a man-woman relationship for there to be jealousy and insecurity. That kind of thing comes in all shapes, sizes, and genders! LOL

Sorry u had to deal with that. I think it's impossible for partners to not have. But of jealousy or what if moments-- my wife(same sex) is completely there and supportive-- but she did have a moment of... When u lose weight nothing will change right...

I think it's natural but it is imperative to know the diff is natural I care jealousy and unhealthy -- if u all separate a d together would be willing to go to counseling it could benefit the relationship...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
