I like 8 oz. of Greek yogurt with 5g of sugar-free lemon or pistachio pudding mixed in. I eat that every day for breakfast!

If you have a costco near you their Greek yogurt has 10g of carbs and 24g of Protein per serving.

oatmeal is my go to because it is easy. Also, I bring an egg, some chopped ham, & a little cheese to work with me and microwave it. Sometimes I add some veggies too. It makes a nice little "omelet". I also make my own yogurt and my own granola (so I can control the sugar). That is sometimes breakfast too.

I'm a Greek yogurt junkie lol, I can't get enough of that stuff. Occasionally I'll have an egg with 2 slices of turkey bacon. Turkey bacon I can make in advance as well, it is good cold or reheated. Along with a boiled egg you have an easy fast Breakfast.< /p>

I've been making scrambled egg cups for my kids. 1 scrambled egg in each cup of a muffin tin then add cheese, ham, onion, whatever and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. You can freeze them and then heat up 1 or 2 in the micro and your good to go. Take some sour cream and salsa to dip in. Yum. And portion controlled.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
