Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

This is about where I am starting with my surgery weight. My surgery is 3/25/2021. Can I ask how long it took to get where you are now ? I am so excited for this change but I am also extremly anxious and really want to set realistic expectations. I see some people down 70+lbs in just under 4 weeks and other under 12 weeks. I feel like I have so far to go to hit my goal weight of 170lb. I am currently on the preop diet at 350lb and hoping to drop down to 345 before the surgery. But after getting some great advice on thia forum I am trying not to stress and let the surgery do its job. Any advice or guidance from your experience would be a greatly appreciated ?

I never thought I'd post pics of me in undies/bikini! But here goes.

20kgs lost so far. I have none of my full body at my heaviest, I couldn't stand to look at it. The two body pics are after 10kgs lost and after 20kgs lost.

No regrets at all.

The annoying thing is, the more weight I lose the darker my scars are grrrrr.

Hmmmm.... i see you are nicely tanned on the pic on the right...were you keeping your scars out of the sun? I forgot I had to do this too and spent a couple vacays exposing them a couple years back (even though they reminded me not to...just forgot). Apparently newly formed scars don't like the sun. ☹️

You are so kind, I am pretty proud of how I am progressing. There is a really good site for swimsuits that are good for big busted women (no matter how much I lose my ta-ta's are going to be a size D or DD!) and it's called Baku. They are priced well for Australia and excellent quality.

My scars haven't seen the sun yet, but one is quite dark now. I have some oil that I keep forgetting to put on them that helps lighten them...my own silly fault really.

You look fantastic (as does everyone here). Thank you for sharing pre- skin removal. I hope you shared your skin removal process somewhere on this site. I have surgery in 3 days and looking at these pics for courage and motivation. Thanks!!

Took the picture on the left today. The right was a couple of weeks before surgery. Almost 70lbs down in total. A little of 3 months out. I can’t believe it. I have long legs?! What?! Just prod that even if I can’t see the changes every day, they are there. So thankful I got this surgery.
