I'm looking for Sleevers that started their journey at 5'6" tall and weighing between 225-235 range. Let's hear your monthly totals please. I'm 54 years old and was sleeved on Jan. 21,2013. At 4 weeks post op I had lost 16 pounds, 216.. Started at 232, I've been toggling between 217 and 216 for about 10 days now.

I'm 5'6" and weigh 221, I'm 45 years old. I'm hoping for a late September surgery date and will add to the data thread here afterwards. It's nice to connect with some others starting at about the same BMI. Sometimes i think being at the lower end of the BMI scale can have some of its own challenges. Feel free to friend me if you want to chat in more detail.

Thanks! I walked at least an hour 2-3 days per week and did 1/2 hour of strength training 3 days per week. Early out I mostly stuck to eating pan. You can see by the numbers I slacked at the end.

Update on my weight loss. It's been slow, but my first goal is to be 169 by my birthday in mid September, so 6 more to go. My final goal is to be at least down to 148, but 138 would be better.

Hang in there, girl. I'm 5'51/2". Started at 230, day of surgery was 221lbs. That was 8/6/2013. Now I'm 177lbs. I got a little sidetracked and started eating treats (Halloween crap). So today in back on track, no head hunger so far today.

It can feel slow, but I promise, you are changing. I struggle with being patient, but each day is a day closer to goal!

Thanks for the encouragement. I try and remind myself that it took a while to pack on the weight, it's going to be a marathon and not a sprint to take it all off.

Good luck with avoiding the candy. I have issues with snacking temptations as well.

I am also 5'6". I have lost 49lbs. My one year will be Sept 16th. I started at 230 n now weigh 177. I have been stuck at this weight for a few months. I started tacking again but the last couple of days I have had alot of calories. Any suggestions?

I'm 5'6", medium frame, weighed about 250 at the beginning of pre-op phase, 228 day of surgery, 13 months later I now weigh 153. I've added a lot of muscle and some of the supplements I take add water weight. I'd like to get down to 145/140. I'd like to maintain some curves and not get too thin.
