  1. I am also 5'6". I have lost 49lbs. My one year will be Sept 16th. I started at 230 n now weigh 177. I have been stuck at this weight for a few months. I started tacking again but the last couple of days I have had alot of calories. Any suggestions?

  3. My surgeons office had a form that my docs could fill out each visit.
  4. I have BCBSP PPO n i was able to see my family doc or the nutritionist and even my endocrinologist counted. My surgeons office said to wait like 28 days in between visits but when i spoke to the ins co they said that there was no time frame on my visits...meaning...i could see one this week n again next week.
  5. Thats wat i do n it really bumps ur protein intake for the day. I drink 2-4oz Protein shakes n add beneprotein so it is abt 19g too. It helps alot!!

  7. Tomorrow is my 4 week appointment. Everything should go well tomorrow. Wish me luck! Start weight Day of Surgery: 226 Now: 203 No pre op diet 23 pounds! Yay!
  8. I started adding Beneprotein to my food n some drinks to increase the amt of protein.
  9. Im not sure but when I was on liquids I was hungry every hour or so. Does ur tummy hurt?
  10. I found out today that my potassium is very low which explains alot.....feeling tired, muscle weakness, and confused!?!?! Omgosh! They called in a script. 4 pills a day...yuck!!!! Blood draw again in 10 days. Let ya know how that one goes. Who knew potassium could be so imperative? Just dont ever think about it.
