I feel a bit better

The last couple of days has been the worst for me yet I haven't be working out like I should have but starting tomorrow I'm back on my diet again starting back a day one to see how much weight I can lose by my, bday next month I'm hoping for atleast 15lbs

I know how you feel, I really dreaded working out this morning, but was happy I did when I looked at the clock and realized I only had 7 seconds left. haha Get up tomorrow and set that goal of 15 pounds in front of you and get to it! You can do it!

Hello,

every thing is possible ,If you have done it. I think exercise is better than diet.Now I have suggest some workout ,It' not a exercise but you feel completely clear for regular exercise.you have purchase mp3 player and listen song and just walk until you have complete your regular exercise.walking, dancing and some exercise is the best way to feel a bit better.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
